If you haven’t come across Headspace before, go check out the app! They now have this fab book “The Headspace Guide To… A Mindful Pregnancy“, written by Andy PuddicombeΒ (AKA “the voice of all things Headspace”!)

This book wasn’t around when I was pregnant with Stanley, but I am so glad that I have it for this pregnancy! I am hoping it works it magic, and helps with some of the anxieties I have regarding these final few weeks. Currently on The Third Trimester, at 36 weeks, and I couldn’t relate more to this. The “constant need to pee” definitely resonates with me right now! I am not even sure I could count the amount of times I have been this morning…!
